Born from the rugged waters of Northern California, DEEP SIX is more than just a brand — it’s a BROTHERHOOD. It started in the winter of 2021, when three riders from completely different worlds crossed paths through snowboarding. Some came from the streets, some from broken homes, others from more peaceful lives — but when they rode together, none of that mattered. The bond was instant. As the snow season came to a close, wakeboarding filled the gap. A casual invite to Wake Island turned into an obsession after the first ride. What started as something new quickly became a daily ritual. The cable became home, and the crew kept growing. More riders joined — naturally, without force. Some from snowboarding, others just clicked through energy and passion. No roles, no hierarchy — just mutual respect and a shared love for the ride. A yearly trip to one of the biggest wakeboarding events in the country became tradition, forging memories and leveling up their vision. After seasons of riding, filming, and building, they knew it was time to create something bigger. Something that represented their roots, their bond, and the culture they were living every day. That’s how DEEP SIX was born. Different backgrounds. One crew. This isn’t just a brand. This is family.
Moving forward, our mission is simple—build a culture that hits just as hard as the ride. DEEP SIX isn’t about chasing clout or playing it safe. We’re here to unite riders through style, grit, and straight-up love for the sport. Like they say: Look good, feel good, ride good. That’s why we started making our own gear. Nobody was dropping kits that matched the way we moved. So we made our own lane. And yeah, there’s a few crews and brands out there that we respect heavy. We’re just throwing a California twist on it, raw and unapologetic. But this goes deeper than clothes. Wake crews are the heart of the scene, and Cali was missing that backbone. We wanted to give the homies—new and old—something real to be a part of. No gatekeeping. No egos. No cool guys. Just respect, progression, and heavy vibes. Whether you’re lapping the park or stacking clips, if your heart’s in it, you’re one of us. #REPTHESIX
Finally, we just want to say thank you. To every single person who played a part in helping us get here—thank you<3. This vision didn’t build itself. It was fueled by the people who showed up, supported, believed, and pushed us forward when we needed it most. Some of you helped shoot and film. Some helped us fund this thing. Others just showed love, rocked the gear, reposted our stuff, or spoke our name in the right room. No matter how big or small—it mattered. You helped bring DEEP SIX to life. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to: Anthony Carpio, Kenji Breitenbucher, Anthony Martinez, Evan Robbins, Rigo Morfin, Dylan Carlos, Cobe Willis, Will Quarra, Adam Barry, Scott Starkweather, Jacob Sunde, TJ @ Hardway Snowboards, Eddie @ JB FIG, Ricky Orlandi, Luke Holmes/Zuupack, WMJ/Space Mob, Sky Walker, JB Oneill, Farzad @ Norcal Shredders, Noel Carter @ Wake Island Waterpark, Scott Hartmann @ Velocity Island Park, Slingshot Sports, Liquid Force—and so many more. We’ll never forget who was there at the start. This is only the beginning.
